Important: Driving Luxury Cars in Dubai
- Low-clearance models at hotel entrances. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale sits very low to the ground. Approach ramps and ridges slowly and at an angle, and if the car has a nose-lift function, raise it before the ramp, not while crossing it.
- Speed humps in residential zones. Jumeirah, Mirdif, and similar districts have frequent, abrupt speed humps. Low-profile performance cars — including the 911 Turbo S and the Huracán Evo Spyder — require a full stop or near-stop before crossing. Attempting them at rolling speed risks contact with the underside of the vehicle.
- Luggage and sports cars. The Porsche 911 Turbo S has a small front luggage compartment, enough for a carry-on bag but not full-size checked luggage. The Ferrari F8 Spider offers very limited storage. If you are arriving from DXB with full-size checked luggage, arrange a separate luggage transfer or select an executive sedan or SUV for the airport leg.
