- If you are at fault — your liability is capped at a fixed excess written into the contract (the exact figure depends on the model). Anything above that — on us.
- Any damage, even a parking-lot scratch when you were not in the car, requires a Police Report. Without it, insurance will not process the claim. This is a UAE rule, not a Brook Drive rule.
- Excluded: off-road, sand, racetracks and smoking in the cabin. Stay on tarmac and the policy stays valid.
