FAQ - Monthly Car Rental Dubai

• Can I rent a car without a credit card or a deposit?

  Yes, you can! We’ve completely eliminated the need for a security deposit. You don’t need to pay a deposit for any car hire in Dubai with us.
  You also don’t need to have a credit card. You can use any other payment method you prefer to pay for your rental, including cash and crypto.

• Where can I pick up a rental car?

  You can pick up the car at our Dubai office (JVC, Square Tower, Office 307) for free, or have it delivered to your hotel or Dubai Airport. We’ll meet you at your specified location and handle all the paperwork on the spot.

  Delivery rates within Dubai:

  • 185 AED (+5% VAT) for daytime delivery (09:00 – 21:00)
  • 235 AED (+5% VAT) for nighttime delivery (21:00 – 09:00)
  • Delivery to other Emirates is available upon request.

• What are the terms of fueling the car?

  At the start of your car rental period, you will receive the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. At the end of the rental period, you must return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the missing fuel at a rate of 5 AED (UAE Dirhams) per liter.

  We recommend refueling the vehicle before returning it to the rental location. This will help you avoid any additional charges.

• What is the mileage limit for the rental car?

  Your daily mileage allowance depends on the car class, typically ranging from 200 to 250 kilometers per day.

  If you exceed this limit, an extra mileage fee will apply. This is usually between 10 to 20 AED (approx. $2.50 – $5.00) per additional kilometer, based on the specific model you choose.

• What is included and what is not included in the rental price?

  The rental price includes car rental, insurance, manager’s assistance, and 24/7 technical support.

  Additional charges will be for fuel, toll roads (Salik), traffic fines, and excess mileage.

• Can I return the car at another location?

  Of course! We offer a convenient pick-up service from any location in Dubai. Just let our team know your preferred time and drop-off point in advance.

  Car collection fees:
  185 AED — daytime (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM)
  235 AED — nighttime (09:00 PM – 09:00 AM)

• I would like to rent a car at Dubai Airport

  We will arrange for the car to be delivered to Dubai Airport at the time of your arrival, where we will also complete all rental paperwork. The car delivery service costs from 250 AED.

• Can I drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in a rental car?

  Yes, you can drive a rental car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We do not restrict travel between emirates in the UAE.
  The distance from Dubai to Abu Dhabi is 130 kilometers (80 miles) one way, making a round trip of 260 kilometers (160 miles), so
  please be sure to include this mileage in your itinerary to avoid exceeding the mileage limit on your rental agreement.

• How much does it cost to rent a luxury car in Dubai?

  The cost of renting a luxury car in Dubai with Brook Drive Rent varies depending on the make, model, and duration of the rental. In general, you can expect daily rates from $150 for entry-level luxury sedans to over $1,000 for high-end supercars.

  Weekly rentals offer discounts, with rates ranging from around $1,500 to $6,000+. Longer-term monthly rentals start around $4,000 for premium sedans and SUVs, while elite models often exceed $15,000 per month. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability  and pricing for your desired rental dates and vehicle.
