Hybrid Power

The M5’s powertrain pairs a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 with an electric motor, delivering 717 HP and 738 lb-ft of torque. Launch control uses both power sources for 3.0-second sprints to 60 mph. The 8-speed transmission features shorter ratios and faster shifts than standard BMW gearboxes.

Track Features

M-specific chassis tuning includes stiffer spring rates and unique stabilizer bars. The brake-by-wire system offers two pedal feel settings — Comfort and Sport. Active M differential electronically controls torque split between rear wheels, improving both traction and agility.

Driver Technology

The curved display shows real-time power flow between gas and electric systems. Track drivers can access drift analyzer and lap timing through M Drive Professional. Switch between hybrid, electric, and full performance modes using the new M Mode selector.

Extended Rental Options

Book for a week or longer at Brook Drive for reduced rates. Monthly rentals include higher mileage allowances.

FAQ - Rent in Dubai

I would like to rent a car at Dubai Airport

Car delivery to Dubai Airport costs AED 250. This amount covers vehicle depreciation and taxi expenses for our specialist. The car will be ready upon your arrival and all documents can be signed on site.

Where can I pick up a rental car?

You can pick up your car at our office in Dubai (JVC, Square Tower, Office 307) or request delivery to your hotel or Dubai Airport. We’ll meet you at any location you specify and handle all paperwork on the spot.
Car delivery cost:

Dubai: 185 / 235 AED +5% VAT (09:00-21:00 / 21:00-09:00).
Other emirates — upon request.

Can I rent a car without a deposit and credit card?

We no longer require deposits for any of our cars.
You don’t need a credit card either — you can pay for the rental using any payment method including cash or cryptocurrency.

What is included and what is not included in the rental price?

The rental price includes car rental, insurance, manager’s assistance, and 24/7 technical support.

Additional charges will be for fuel, toll roads (Salik), traffic fines, and excess mileage.

Can I return the car at another location?

Of course! We can also pick up the car ourselves. Please inform our manager about the preferred time and location for the return. There is an additional charge for our specialist’s service, with rates varying as follows:
185 AED — between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
235 AED — between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM

Can I drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in a rental car?

Yes, you can drive a rental car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We do not restrict travel between emirates in the UAE.
The distance from Dubai to Abu Dhabi is 130 kilometers (80 miles) one way, making a round trip of 260 kilometers (160 miles), so
please be sure to include this mileage in your itinerary to avoid exceeding the mileage limit on your rental agreement.

How do I pay for parking in Dubai?

Dubai has 11 parking zones with different rates. You can pay through the RTA Dubai or Dubai Drive apps, parking terminals, SMS (7275) or WhatsApp (+971588009090). For SMS and WhatsApp payments, send «vehicle number [space] city code hours». SMS includes a 0.30 AED service charge. Parking violations result in fines from 100 AED ($27) to 1000 AED ($270).

What documents are required to rent a car in Dubai?

To rent a car in Dubai you need:

Driver’s licence. A valid driving licence with at least 3 years driving experience is required.
Passport. A valid passport is required for identification.
Age. You must be at least 21 years old. For sports cars and supercars, the minimum age is 23-25 years old (insurance requirement).
Emirates ID: Required if you’re a UAE resident.

What are the steps for renting a car?

Choose your preferred rental dates. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure vehicle availability.

Our manager will contact you to confirm your booking, process the paperwork, discuss additional options, and arrange payment.
On the rental day, simply sign the contract and collect your vehicle keys.
