We rented a BMW 430 convertible from January 19 to 20. I found out about this company from my favorite YouTube channel, Kickdown, which I’ve been subscribed to for several years. Everything went perfectly — it exceeded all expectations (especially compared to other companies)! I’d like to give special thanks to Kanat for his efficiency and professionalism, as well as to the rest of the team — the guy at the desk by the window (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) and the lovely woman at the office. Such friendly and helpful service is hard to find these days (I even forgot my driver’s license at the hotel!).
