First of all I wanted to appreciate the spontaneous availability of the car, and the timely re-arrangement. Beside of the amazing Car Experience (Lamborghini Huracan Spyder), the customer service was a pleasure and easy to go through. The personal instructions regarding the car and Dubai Driving Laws was a great help for us. The costs were very transparent. First I was kind of skeptical, because i’ve heared that rental companies try to push fines on things that didn’t happen. But here, we only paid on the agreed terms, (I had something like 20kilometers too much). All in all, I can recommend everybody to rent a car here if they are interested in super cars!

I wanted to leave a review for this rental company. I booked a car through their website, discussed all the details via WhatsApp, and arrived at the scheduled time and place to pick up the vehicle. We signed the paperwork, inspected the car, and they explained everything I needed to know—fines, fuel policy, and general usage. I worked with Marco (the manager), and Dmitriy handled the handover. Both were really friendly and easy to deal with.

The car itself was fantastic—had an amazing time driving it and got a solid dose of positive vibes! 👍 By the way, I noticed they had a lot of other cars parked there, and I’d love to try some of them in the future.

When returning the car, we coordinated the time in advance. Marco checked it for any damage, and everything was fine. We didn’t bother refueling on the way back and just paid for the gas at their location.

I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve heard so many horror stories about rental companies trying to scam customers upon return, but here—zero issues, just a smooth and pleasant experience.

We rented an E200 in March 2025. The pickup was quick, and the staff were always available. The car made our vacation fantastic!

I rented a bmw X5 for a day while on holiday with my family. When I went to collect I was welcomed by Dimitri who went through the loan agreement very thoroughly and gave me advice about driving around Dubai. The car was almost brand new with just over 4000kms!! The new car smell was still there. What a gorgeous smooth car to drive. Thanks to Oskar aswell who helped me get out everything upon return. I will be back again to rent another car when I return to Dubai. The best of luck with the business

I highly recommend Brooklands! The team is available 24/7, super friendly, and explains everything clearly. They operate transparently—no deposits, which is a major headache with other rentals (I’ve read a lot of reviews about deposits not being refunded for over a month). I rented a BMW 430i for two days. The car was fantastic, a convertible, well-maintained, and in perfect condition. Next time, I’ll definitely choose Brooklands again! 🤝

I’d like to share my positive experience with Broklands car rental company. From the very beginning of our collaboration, I was pleasantly surprised by their high level of service. I’d especially like to highlight Masha, the manager, who provided invaluable assistance in organizing my trip to Dubai.

Masha not only helped me choose the perfect car but also gave me a lot of useful tips about must-see attractions in the desert. Her recommendations were spot-on and allowed me to fully enjoy my trip. She also thoroughly explained the local traffic rules and shared advice on how to avoid fines, which was extremely important for me as a tourist.

As for the car itself, it was in perfect condition: clean, undamaged, and with a full tank of gas. This was a refreshing change from my previous car rental experiences in Europe, where unpleasant surprises are often the norm.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Broklands and would happily recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Dubai. A huge thank you to Masha for her professionalism and care!

I really enjoyed the service at Brooklands. The car pickup location was very convenient, close to Dubai Marina. It took about 20 minutes by taxi in the morning. I rented a BMW M850 and absolutely loved the convertible experience. The city is practically made for it—driving with the top down, looking up at the skyscrapers with nothing in the way, was incredible. The car was clean, well-maintained, and even had water provided. The manager, Dmitry, gave us a warm welcome and clearly explained the local driving nuances, which was really helpful.
